Creative’s Academy Terms and Conditions by Stationery Academy, LLC

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in any events which are conducted by Stationery Academy, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“SA”). These terms and conditions are relevant to all SA events, regardless of date or location. For the purposes of this site, all events will be referred to from here forward in the singular tense as simply the “Program.”

By registering for the Program at any location (“Location”), you (the “Attendee”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend the Program.

All content presented during the Program is strictly confidential and copyrighted material. The content is presented by the presenter as the expert and Stationery Academy, LLC owns the rights to the recording. However, due to unforeseen market circumstances, Acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Program 21 days or more prior to its start date.

Log-in information will be sent to the delegate’s provided e-mail address prior to the start of the confirmed Program. This will also serve as the notice of confirmation. Your email will be added to our bi-monthly email newsletter broadcast to which you can unsubscribe at any time. The purchase of a registration for this Program is for use by the purchaser only and registration information should not be forwarded on to third parties; doing so may hinder your own access, as a participant is by prior registration only. Similarly, all materials, content, videos, etc are for use by the purchaser only and should not be forwarded on to third parties. Responsibility for the confidentiality and security of registration information and Program materials issued by Stationery Academy, LLC lies with the registrant. If you believe that a third party has obtained details in an unauthorized manner, please promptly notify Stationery Academy, LLC.

The Program webstie includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact Stationery Academy, LLC to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the Program date.

Program participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use, require you to download the software for your operating system, or meet certain hardware and software criteria to view the webinar.

In connection with the operation of the Program we will ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you (“Personal Information”) when you register for the use of the service. The Personal Information that you provide us in these circumstances will be provided to Stationery Academy’s provider of its audio- and web-conferencing services, and vendors that assist them in processing the information, for the sole purpose of enabling them to operate and deliver the Program service. Payment information is collected upfront and kept safe according to all laws.

Attendee Conduct

SA requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to our staff, hosts, speakers, and other attendees throughout the Program. SA reserves the right to dismiss an Attendee immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, or unprofessional. In such case, the Attendee’s tuition/fees for the Program will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and he/she will not receive any future products, services or correspondence from SA. Attendee will also not receive any of our advertised bonuses or any other written or implied benefit.

Liability Disclaimer: No Professional Advice

The information contained in or made available by SA or any third-party through the Program or their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, financial, medical, psychological, or legal fields. SA does not offer any professional personal, medical, financial or legal advice and none of the information contained in the Program should be confused as such advice. Neither SA nor its assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, contractors or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages to the Attendee or the Attendee’s business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in the Program or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the Program or any products or services provided pursuant to the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will SA be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from Attendee’s participation in the Program. You agree not to attempt to hold SA liable for any of your decisions, actions or results or experience due to your participation in this Program at any time, under any circumstance.

Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Attendee hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Program are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to SA and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the Program materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of SA. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and SA will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.

Social Media and Audio/Visual Rules and Release

Attendees may take images (photos) during the Program for the sole purpose of sharing via social media (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) using the hash tag #creativesacad; however, to respect the intellectual property rights of SA, any images taken may not show more than thirty percent (30%) of any materials proprietary to SA (including, but not limited to, videos, and written materials such as worksheets and resources). SA asks that any quotes shared or topics referenced via social media from the Program are attributed to the authoring party by naming or tagging in the post.

No audio recording devices or videography is allowed in the Program room. By participating in the Program, Attendee understands that portions of the Program’s live events may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs by SA and/or other Attendees. Attendee agrees that SA and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs should they include Attendee’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification to the Attendee. Attendee understands and agrees that all recordings from SA’s events are the exclusive rights of the SA and Attendee does not ask for or expect compensation for the use of recordings or photographs in which Attendee appears or speaks. SA owns all rights of any audio, video, and/or photograph captured during SA’s Program or at any of SA’s other live events.

THE INCLUSION OF THIRD PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN ENDORSEMENT, GUARANTEE, WARRANTY, OR RECOMMENDATION BY SA AND WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE CONTAINED THEREIN.

Cancellation Policy

REGISTRATION AT ANY SA PROGRAM IS NONREFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
